Step 1:<\/strong> Open https:\/\/nextapi01.srve.cc\/login<\/a> and log in using your username and password.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 2:<\/strong>After successfully logging in, you will be redirected to the page shown in the image. From there, navigate to the ‘Add DNCR<\/strong>‘ page<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Then<\/strong> When the page opens select File Upload option as shown on 2 image, then click on Choose<\/strong> file to select the multiple record file as shown on image 3.

Step 4:<\/strong> After that When you click the Upload<\/strong> button, a file selector will open. Select the file that contains the DNCR records. You can either double-click the file or select it once and click Select<\/strong> in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> The file must be in CSV<\/strong> or XLSX<\/strong> format; otherwise, the portal will not accept it. (In this example, a CSV file is used.)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 5:<\/strong> When the page opens again, click Upload<\/strong> to proceed. If the file is successfully uploaded, you will see a confirmation prompt, as shown in the last image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This message indicates that a total of 20 records were processed: 19 were successfully uploaded, 1 is a duplicate, and there were 0 errors during the upload.

Note:<\/strong> The file should have the following format:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First column:<\/strong> Name it number<\/code> and it should contain only numeric values<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second column:<\/strong> Name it result<\/code> and the value must always be TRUE<\/code>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Step 6:<\/strong> After uploading the records, you can verify them on the DNCR Records<\/strong> page. Calls to numbers listed on the DNCR Records page (uploaded so far) will be blocked, while all other numbers will proceed as usual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 7:<\/strong> You can also navigate to the API Calls<\/strong> page to check which account has called the API.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
